Ms. Jolaoluwa Raji is a resourceful and result-oriented sociologist with expertise in community engagement, social advocacy, community-based research, and policy review. She has experience assisting organizations with field-based research, coordinating project-based teams, and assisting not-for-profit organizations to build capacity for young people. She is very passionate about working in a research-oriented environment and translating research outcomes to policy recommendations. Prior to joining ENARMAC, she worked as a Research Analyst/Program officer at the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) Abuja, where she contributed immensely to Advocacy and Community Development Projects.
